Quality Management and Stewardship Training Intern

You will:

Develop and support the implementation of essential training material for QMS, Trialing & Nursery Operations within the LMS, ensuring effective tracking of attendance, completion, and subsequent reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis.Assist in data collection from the Syngenta’s QMS System/Smartsheet to report pertinent KPIs.Maintain updated dashboards on a monthly/quarterly basis.Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Syngenta's Quality Management, Stewardship & Regulatory compliance requirements related to critical activities in Seed Development.Create a seasonal calendar for “key” newsletters/communications related to Stewardship/Regulatory Compliance.Improve, when possible, existing tools and/or methods for monthly meetings, develop & track trainings, reporting KPIs, etc.Develop communication and Leadership skills by leading some regular Monthly Stewardship & Quality meetings throughout the designated period.Develop a calendar with key seasonal QMS/Stewardship/Reg Compliance communication/newsletter.Shadow Operational activities with the Operations & Trialing Stewardship & Quality coordinators with the aim of understand key process controls, risks, resources needed, timelines, etc.Actively participation in quality assessments, internal and external certification audits.

As an intern, you will be exposed to all the seeds development activities across all the functional areas in the region, allowing development and gain practical experience and comprehensive understanding of Syngenta's Quality Management, Stewardship & Regulatory compliance requirements, specifically focusing on Trialing, Nursery, and Seeds Operations

Qualifications
Requires a High School diploma or equivalentMust be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Biology, Ag Business, Plant Breeding or similarMust have experience with Data Management and Analysis (Power BI and Power Apps)Must have a valid Driver's LicenseAll applicants must be eligible to work in the US
