Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to work onsite for one of the largest networking companies in the world within the Silicon One Operations team. You will be supporting the process and procedure improvement of quality management team. You will support this by performing data mining and analysis to identify trends to identify possible process improvement. In addition you will be asked to create and maintain the documentation of the business. A successful member of the team will conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures relevant regulatory standards, and industry certifications. You will lead and support during external quality management systems audits This quality Management Specialist will develop and report upon key products and service quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and satisfaction. It is imperative this person is able to stay current with evolving quality standards and regulatory requirements and make adjustments to the company process to maintain alignment. A strong candidate will have background within the Semiconductor space within NPI, hardware and software development methodologies. Skills and Requirements Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management 3-5 years' experience supporting project management, technical support, business process improvement, or a Quality Management System in the semiconductor industry or equivalent 3-5 years of experience using quality concept tools and techniques: Pareto, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control charts, Six Sigma, Lean, Benchmarking, Root Cause Analysis) Internal Auditor or Lean auditor for TL9000 or ISO9001 Management Systems within the Semiconductor or electronics industry Data manipulation and analysis using: Excel & PowerBI Sigma Certification null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
