As a quality Management investagator you will monitor compliance with all regulatory and funding agencies. You will conduct and track all internal investigations regarding abuse and other care-related issues. You will also assist the Director of Quality Management by coordinating QM activities for the Center as well as Corporate offices. You will serve as liaison with Corporate QM personnel, regulatory agencies, families, and Center personnel/operations regarding regulatory, Risk Management, and satisfaction issues.

QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field. Must successfully complete approved OMR Investigation
Certification program, Crisis Prevention/Intervention training, and other required training.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Services, Health Care, Social Services, or related field. Has knowledge
of all standards, Best Practices, policies, procedures, and regulations for Devereux, Center, and applicable government agencies.
Previous experience in Quality Management/Investigations preferred. Requires computer skills including word processing and
Database Management systems. Significant and frequent use of physical requirements associated with verbal and written
communication. Must demonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to
established guidelines. Must demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
Must be at least 21 years of age
