At first, you will help experienced quality managers with tasks they don't have time for and over time you will take on more and more responsibility from them. You'll become an important member of the project team, because your work will also contribute significantly to delivering top-quality products. We highly value teamwork as it is the cornerstone of feeling good at work, which is always reflected in the quality of the products. The team consists of about 20 people. Our aim is to ensure that the new generation of level crossing safety, intelligent control of points, signals, traffic lights, balises, axle counters, input/output modules, train control and display elements and much more is developed and documented in accordance with the internal GUIDE process and the applicable CENELEC standards.  

Your Role:

Administrative support for the project team to meet standards and process requirements Collaboration and daily communication with the German team Creation and review of project documentation Utilization of various tools such as SAP, DOORS, Polarion, Jira, etc. Archiving project documentation Planning and organizing meetings, among other tasks

Requirements:

Ability to work part-time – 20 hours per week (ideally 4 days a week with flexible scheduling) Proficient in English and Czech Strong follow-through on tasks and a proactive approach Attention to detail in established processes, combined with flexibility and openness to finding better solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Confidence in expressing opinions and engaging in discussions with colleagues A team-oriented mindset and an interest in technology

Preferred Qualifications:

Practical experience in software or hardware development Proficiency in German
