Position Summary

The Quality Management System Manager is a key collaborative opportunity at MultiCare, partnering with leadership and partners on vision and design to improve efficiency and effectiveness of performance and internal service delivery. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver small-to-medium sized projects and narrow, well-defined work streams of larger, more complex projects across the health care system.

Responsibilities

You will assist with the planning, development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) You will help coordinate preparation of reports and materials for Governance, and reporting, process management, and tracking unique to the quality department You will manage the quality corporate budget and assist in the budgeting and planning processes You will help coordinate financial governance and reporting to include the annual quality budget allocation process, budget management, budget tracking, reconciliation and spend management processes unique to the Quality department

Requirements

Bachelor's degree Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or related experience CAPM or PMP certification preferred or ability to acquire within 6 months of hire Experience in project management, managing targets and timelines in a quality related field Experience in facilitating groups and managing improvement processes Minimum three (3) years in a quality healthcare setting preferred Minimum five (5) years of experience analyzing data and creating presentations Relevant work experience may be substituted for education requirements on a year for year equivalent

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $63,873.00 - $91,915.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
