Quality Management Systems Technician (Hourly)

If you are a Quality Management Systems Technician professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!  Based in our Stafford, TX location, you will ensure Emerson’s quality management systems (QMS) are implemented, maintained, and improved in accordance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. In addition, coordinate for the upkeep/addition of all Quality Systems certificates and Product Certificates.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Regularly review and update Quality Management System (QMS) policies, procedures, and work instructions. Facilitate external audits, product testing, and certifications, tracking findings and ensuring resolution. Plan and conduct internal audits, follow up on corrective actions, and verify implementation before closure. Track and maintain training and certification records for Quality and Operations personnel, including key vendor personnel. Manage controlled documents, ensure version control, and distribute updated quality-related documentation to partners. Support production with daily reports, handle PO requisitions, coordinate vendor payments, and assist with customer surveys. For This Role, You Will Need: High School Diploma or equivalent 2–5 years in quality management or a related role Experience in coordinating, auditing, product certifications (e.g., ISO 9001/ ASME/ NB/API/ ABS/DNV Proficiency in QMS software and tools

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Certified Quality Auditor  Industry-specific experience (e.g., Manufacturing of Valves/ Pumps/ pressure containing products)
