Behavioral Health service line, including Mirmont Treatment Center and Mirmont Outpatient Services. You would be responsible for developing and executing multi-disciplinary performance improvement initiatives as well as assisting individual department heads in developing meaningful performance improvement studies. In addition, the Quality Manager is responsible for heading and directing the Safety/Environment of Care Committee and also functions as the compliance contact and infection control contact for Mirmont Treatment Center and Mirmont Outpatient Services. You would work collaboratively with all sites and departments to ensure quality patient care activities and patient satisfaction.

Ultimately, as the Nurse Manager of the medical surgical/telemetry unit, you are an integral member of hospital/system strategic planning & development and instrumental in guiding staff through change.
