About the position: We are looking for an experienced leader with engineering knowledge as it relates to inspection activities. The selected candidate will manage an inspection group that has a long record of excellence and superior attention to detail to support an innovative business. The Inspection Manager will adopt Toyota principles to effectively manage inspection teams across their diverse activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a positive mindset, fostering an environment that embraces change and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will: * Review engineering drawings, inspection equipment and other priorities of work to deploy an inspection team to measure and record part data in accordance to those engineering specifications. * Use basic inspection equipment to assist the team in evaluating material quality. * Recommend and implement the acquisition, training and deployment of the correct inspection tools to drive the best results for the business. * Manage multiple priorities in the Inspection department across a multi-site * Learn numerous inspection systems/programs to support IOT requirements. * Track daily project status for multiple projects throughout the fiscal year. * Mentor and coach employees, sharing job specific knowledge. Encourage training and development opportunities. About you: * 4 + years of Management Experience It would be great if you had: * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * 4 + years of Inspection Experience About the total compensation package: Salary - $75,500 - $96,800 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience. Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
