Job Title: Quality Manager
Job Description

The Quality Manager, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, will take on the crucial role of establishing and maintaining a culture of quality within the organization. This position involves managing all company-wide quality policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices to ensure continuous conformance with appropriate standards and regulations. The Quality Manager will oversee document control, quality auditing, and continuous improvement efforts. Other key responsibilities include actively working towards fulfilling company goals, ensuring high quality and reliable products and services, leading company-wide Quality efforts, and managing quality resource activities.
