Adecco is partnering with our manufacturing client (non-automotive) to fill a Quality Manager position. This role involves overseeing daily quality checks on products, using various measuring tools, managing documentation processes, and preparing for internal and customer audits. This is a growing organization, debt free and benefits start day 1! Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute verification and validation plans for product/process quality. + Create project tasks and schedules, and address project-related conflicts and issues. + Support supplier audits and quality planning for new and legacy products. + Perform hazard and risk analysis, lead root cause analysis, and identify new inspection equipment needs. + Act as a liaison between QC and operations, and mentor and train Quality Department personnel. + Supervise a team of engineers, quality technicians, and inspectors.
