Within EMEA Rx Quality team, and reporting to the EMEA Rx Quality Director this person will be the Optic reference for EMEA Quality team. He/She will need to work with all EMEA Rx labs to ensure the good optic level in the manufacturing process by the optic’s results achieved by the Final control workshop in each laboratory. He/She will be the Quality coordinator for the launch of new products for mainly new designs in EMEA region, being in contact with NPI teams, NCPC EMEA team and project managers.
Candidate Responsabilities:
Responsible of the global calibration and metrology training on Optic control for EMEA Rx labs. Able to perform optic audits, lenses, and calibrating the optic reference person of the labs. Analysing results of optic performance and giving advice on possible action to improve results using RxOAT as a daily tool. Being the Quality coordinator for NPI on new designs for EMEA region, performing when needed risk analysis on quality topics for the projects.
Candidate profile:
High optical knowledge. Experience in optical control with different equipment, focimeters, Promappers, Automappers. Experience and knowledge in ISO standards on optics. Rx manufacturing process knowledge and lab tests needed in Rx. Risk analysis tools: TRA, Problem solving tools, as 8D etc Validation process knowledge Medical Device Class 1 knowledge Good communication skills, being able to lead meetings in French and English. Open mind and Good relations skills being able to work in a team, with experts from different fields and also with people from different cultures. Quick learning, in a word where everything is evolving very quickly, need to be flexible and to adapt fast.
