Summary: Seeking a Quality Manager with experience in DoD standards and ISO 9001:2015 environments to manage quality operations, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
Exposure to DoD - MIL STDS
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
Proficiency with test & measurement equipment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with quality investigations
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily quality operations including inspection, supplier management, quality engineering, corrective/preventative actions, production documentation, product traceability, and safety.
Establish and implement metrics (process capability, control charts, measurement quality) for system monitoring.
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, company policies, and contractual obligations regarding quality standards.
Research and establish high standards for quality, reliability, and safety.
Periodically review and update standards for relevance to quality compliance.
Implement company-wide quality improvement efforts to identify and resolve potential risks.
Determine and enforce quality and safety requirements based on regulations and product development needs.
Provide guidance on quality compliance; implement preventative measures and safe work practices.
Use test and measuring equipment to meet customer requirements.
Facilitate ISO 9001-related investigations; lead customer complaint investigations for quality rejects.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
