  YOUR TASKS Support Arvato in achieving and maintaining required operational quality levels Develop, maintain, and document the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Provide support for audits related to certifications as ISO 13485 and GDP Manage qualifications and documentation for equipment, rooms, and systems, working closely with European QA department Execute training programs for all employees to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements Set KPIs and provide work instructions for monitoring quality systems Engage in compliance, investigate quality failures through root cause analysis, and capture risks through risk analyses.
YOUR PROFILE You have completed a relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent Work experience in the field of quality management (basic knowledge ISO 13485), with leaderships skills Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams toward higher quality standards Project-based work and thinking in processes is your second nature You perform best in a dynamic high demanding environment Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with SAP and SharePoint is a plus Good communication skills in English are a must, Dutch language is a plus.
