Job Description
In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop the QEHS team while being responsible for the growth of our site's Safety Culture and associated processes. You will manage the Quality & Environmental Management System (QMS, EMS) and ensure compliance and achievement of related goals, including cybersecurity. You will support team members in developing and improving systems, monitor and analyze business performance, and provide input for strategic focus and priorities. You will also assist in new product and process qualifications, manage the company calibration program, and oversee the quality laboratory & CMM. You will ensure quality documentation compliance, manage company incidents related to EHS, support supplier qualification, and provide exceptional customer service across the Industrial Bearing Division.

You will be working in a high mix, low volume environment, typically handling 2-3 projects at a time. The company has locations in Grafton, WI, and Columbus, NE, with about 100 employees in WI and 60 in NE. The company is projected to experience significant growth over the next 5-7 years, with plans to open at least 40 new plants due to high demand. This offers numerous growth opportunities within the organization.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00
