Job Description
This person will be responsible for developing and fostering a culture of continuous improvement by training, coaching, evaluating, and reinforcing principles with partners.
Lead and participate in team efforts to achieve and surpass plant, category, and enterprise goals using continuous improvement tools and processes.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and leadership to identify, communicate, and fulfill customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with governmental regulations such as OSHA, USDA, FDA, EPA, and EEOC.
Work with plant and EQFS teams to design, implement, and execute Food Safety, Quality, Sanitation, and Lab programs.
Mentor and train teams on aseptic techniques and best practices. Manage department budgets and participate in capital project analysis and implementation.
Ensure compliance with Aseptic Food Safety and Food Quality Plans and customer requirements, and establish and audit processes to ensure these requirements are met.

This position involves a mix of lab, office, and field work. The organization is employee-owned with an ESOP and offers a 401K with an 8% match in stock. The role is eligible for a 20% bonus, with historical performance exceeding this target. The company is investing $1.2 billion into facility improvements and new product additions. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00
