Quality Manager
Community Health Systems
The Quality Manager is a leadership role supporting Northwest Medical Center. This individual will be responsible for achieving organizational and departmental goals through effective leadership, focusing on patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth, and quality and safety outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead quality management and performance improvement programs for assigned facilities.
+ Develop and execute strategies and operational plans to meet organizational objectives.
+ Collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve key goals in patient satisfaction, quality improvement, and employee engagement.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
**Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:**
**Education:**
+ **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialty, business management, or a closely related field.
**Experience:**
+ **Required:** At least 5 years of experience implementing quality management and performance improvement programs in a healthcare setting.
**Skills:**
+ Strong operational and people management skills with a proven track record in improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement.
+ Expertise in strategy development and execution.
+ Results-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
**Licenses/Certifications:**
+ **Preferred:** RN license and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification.
