Job Title: Quality Manager
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to develop and implement quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. The ideal candidate will lead the quality assurance team, conduct regular audits, analyze quality data, collaborate with production teams, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.Lead the quality assurance team to conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments.Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to rectify quality issues and enhance production processes.Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action plans for non-conformance issues.Communicate effectively with senior management, suppliers, and customers regarding quality-related matters.Ensure that quality control measures align with customer requirements and industry standards.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the organization.Essential SkillsIn-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.Strong experience in quality assurance, audit, and quality management systems (QMS).Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective actions.Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior management, suppliers, and customers.Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of management experience.8+ years working with quality management systems.Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.Work Environment

This is an onsite role where you will have two direct reports and another 20 indirect reports. The company offers a performance-based bonus of up to 10%. You will be working in a dynamic automotive company that values continuous improvement and excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00
