We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our Beloit manufacturing team. The Quality Manager reports to the Beloit Plant Manager and provides leadership to the plant quality team. This person ensures that all products meet IFF’s high standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Manager is responsible and accountable for achieving plant quality goals, and collaborating with other departments to resolve any quality-related issues.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Site Leadership Team: Drive a strong culture of personnel, process, environmental, and product safety to achieve EH&S and quality goals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and permit requirements.Lead Quality and Food Safety Management Systems: Oversee the management of site quality and food safety systems, including internal audits and training.Supervise Quality Control and Assurance Team: Ensure high-quality standards by leading and mentoring the quality control and quality assurance team.Product Management: Manage the release of final products and raw materials, support product registrations, investigate any non-conformities, incidents, alerts, and complaints, and implement corrective actions.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and company policies.Manage Certifications and Audits: Oversee site certification for quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Kosher, Halal) and support internal and external audits from regulatory bodies and customers.Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance people, safety, quality, inventory, delivery, and cost performance across all areas of responsibility.Team Building: Foster teamwork and collaboration within the department and across the plant.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or similar field5+ Years of experience in Quality Leadership roleProven success in driving continuous improvement initiativesLean Six Sigma certification is a plus
