This leadership role demands strategic thinking, team-building expertise, and a commitment to enhancing quality operations.
Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Quality team, managing engineers and inspectors to ensure compliance and drive improvements.Implement and optimize quality strategies, track performance, and initiate RCCA and process enhancements.Engage with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and support product validation processes.Oversee key systems including non-conformance management, customer complaints, and supplier quality.Provide training and mentorship to promote quality best practices and team growth.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years in quality leadership.In-depth knowledge of AS9100D and ISO 13485 standards.Expertise in electronics manufacturing and quality management.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Minitab.Lean/Six Sigma certification and ASQ credentials are a plus.Benefits and Perks:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with match.Paid Time Off (PTO).Your New Organization: Join a forward-thinking company recognized for quality excellence and team-driven success.
