This role will oversee and enhance quality control processes and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. You will manage quality technicians across three shifts while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the quality team, including technicians across three shifts.Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems to meet industry standards and customer specifications.Oversee quality control processes in folding carton and printing production.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to improve product quality and processes.Perform audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality protocols.Train and mentor quality technicians to enhance skills and knowledge.Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to leadership.Qualifications and RequirementsProven experience in quality management, specifically in folding carton and printing manufacturing.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Familiarity with quality systems and standards, such as ISO and GMP.Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and customers.High attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence.Benefits and PerksCompetitive salary of up to $125,000 per year.First-shift schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement plans and additional perks.Your Career PartnerThe Reserves Network is a veteran-founded and family-owned company specializing in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
