Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee Quality Management functions at our site. You will manage a team of 10 direct reports and handle deviations and nonconformances from a technical perspective, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
ResponsibilitiesOversee Quality Management functions.Manage and lead a team of 10 direct reports.Understand and address deviations and nonconformances at a technical level.Implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards within the organization.Ensure compliance with quality management processes and procedures.Essential SkillsExperience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry.3+ years of Quality Management experience.3+ years of experience managing direct reports.Proficiency in handling deviations and nonconformances.Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Experience with lean and continuous improvement processes.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
xcelsior Medical is owned by Medline Industries. Excelsior is small Medline site - about 200 people onsite. In this role & company everything is extremely manual. They will be exposed to learning a lot of lean & continuous improvement..
- This is a teaching company. Everyone is willing to teach others & most people do not leave Medline so they will be surrounding by a ton of knowledge
- Exposed to quality when starting up a new facility
- Owned by a large company but have a small company feel locally
- If they want to stay with Medline can look at other role internally outside of NJ
This person will get experience starting up a new site
