Quality Manager
Responsibilities:

1- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

2- Oversee product and process inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

3- Identify root causes of defects and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

4- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
5- Lead initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen to enhance process efficiency.
6- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality, implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
 

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.Previous experience as a quality managerStrong analytical skills for root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs related to quality.Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
