Manpower Engineering is seeking a Quality Control Manager for our St. Charles, MO clientThe QC Manager will develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance programs to ensure production processes meet and exceed established quality, integrity, and efficiency standards. From raw materials to finished products, this role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Job Title: Quality Manager**
**Location: St. Charles, MO**
**What you will be doing:**
+ Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance from raw materials to finished products.
+ Set up KPIs, perform gap analysis, apply lean/CI techniques.
+ Collaborate with management, engineers, and technicians to define quality and reliability standards based on product and consumer requirements.
+ Develop and implement raw material standards through supplier negotiations, testing methods, and procedures.
+ Create and maintain in-process inspection protocols by analyzing manufacturing methods and establishing testing standards.
+ Define standards for product disposition and rework by devising evaluation, inspection, and physical testing methods.
+ Prepare and present quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
+ Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development.
+ Stay updated on industry trends by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and engaging in professional networks.
+ Ensure compliance with safety requirements and legal standards related to quality assurance.
