Summary: Seeking a Quality Manager with aerospace and composites experience to lead quality assurance programs and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

Aerospace experience Composites experience for aircraft 2+ years of quality leadership NADCAP, ISO9001, AS9100 knowledge Must be a degreed engineer US Citizen due to ITAR compliance

Preferred Skills:

Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean principles

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, specialists, and inspectors Manage recruitment, training, and performance management of the quality team Oversee maintenance of the Quality Management System Ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards Aim for zero defects across value streams using appropriate metrics Own non-conformance review process to prevent future occurrences Prepare for and lead external certification audits (AS9100, ISO9001, NADCAP) Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality standards

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
