Job Description
Identify, mitigate, and manage risks inherent on the site to protect our brands, people, and business. Focus on developing the skills and capabilities necessary for ensuring compliance with government legislation and company policies. Drive the key governance strategies for the site including Zero Harm, HACCP, and ISO accreditation. Conduct internal audits of site facilities and operations to identify and mitigate risks. Actively participate in the Site Leadership Team, providing strategic direction for the site, growing workforce capabilities, and delivering critical metrics.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic direction of Risk, Quality, and Compliance Track and report Governance critical metrics (Risk, Quality, Environment).Roll out and embed key safety, quality, and environmental programs including Zero Harm, Life Saving Rules, HACCP, and ISO throughout site processes.Conduct internal audits against GRMS and NA Standards.Lead LTO IA and Quality initiatives.Supplier auditing and leading Supplier CI Team.Implement systems based on IS, HACCP, GRMS, and NA Quality Manual.Drive continuous improvement and technical capabilities.Identify and drive cost-effective improvements.Coordinate and manage supplier quality.Lead Quality Revolution initiatives such as GFPS, HACCP, ISO, holds, reworks, and improve quality processes and procedures.Ensure business contingency plans are in place and adequately tested for business continuity.Complete corrective action plans to address audit findings, improvement opportunities, and customer and consumer complaints.Ensure effective two-way communication of plant needs, concerns, and progress across all levels of the organization.Must-Have SkillsAbility to provide strategic direction and enforce personal accountabilityIn-depth knowledge of quality management and risk management systems.Proven track record of successful processing creation and implementationLeadership of management systems across Quality and Assurance with specific experience in HACCP and ISOISO 9001 & FSSC 22000 trained auditorStrong leadership and relationship building skillsWhy Work Here?
