What you will enjoy doing Standardize and harmonize quality assurance (QA) and quality management tools (QM), focusing on product development. Lead projects to develop and optimize a quality framework, including tools, test methods, equipment, training, and expertise. Define, implement, and ensure adherence to global product development quality standards. Provide technical support for QA teams and coordinate training for new QA employees. Support in quality-related aspects of product development projects. Act as the central point of contact for quality-related inquiries. Coordinate and define customer agreements on quality assurance and customer care (QCC). Introduce and continuously improve quality systems within product development. Build a global QA network to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices. What makes you great Experience with MSA, QA and QM tools and techniques. Experience in validation processes (Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma is an advantage). Strong analytical, coordination, and self-organization skills. Experience in project and change management with negotiation skills. Strong training and moderation skills. Team player, open-minded, and service-oriented. Willingness to travel. Independent working style. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.
