We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with ISO 9001 requirements. This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Design Manager.
Oversee all quality-related activities within the organization.
Maintain our integrated management system in accordance with DIN ISO 9001.
Plan and organize internal and external audits.
Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
Manage supplier development and quality processes.
Improve internal and supplier quality, focusing on cost of poor quality.
Drive supplier quality improvements through 8D-Reports.
Handle defect reports and implement corrective actions.
Ensure supplier quality meets our standards.
Lead and develop a quality team.
Present quality performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Conduct manufacturing audits to assess production quality.
Identify and close process gaps to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
Willingness to travel (10%)
