Within EMEA Rx Quality team, and reporting to the EMEA Rx Quality Director this person will be the Quality Coordinator for NPI in EMEA Quality team. He/She will need to work with all EMEA Rx labs & Commercial entities to ensure the good coordination level respecting the specifications given in each project. He/She will be a Quality coordinator for the launch of new products for EMEA region, mainly for coatings and photochromic products, being in contact with NPI teams, NCPC EMEA team and project managers and globally with EMEA Rx Ops team.

 

Responsabilités :

 

Responsible of the launch of NPI within EMEA Region on the Quality topics. Ensuring the implementation of the One validation process on NPI process for EMEA, implementing test plans, E2E follow up, supporting on Product release when needed and being the leader of the Market Release process for the projects leaded. Respecting and leading the Quality Management Plan for NPI. Ensuring an smooth validation process between all the stakeholders. Being the Quality coordinator for NPI for EMEA region, performing when needed risk analysis on quality topics for the projects. Being the Quality coordinator for NPI on new designs for EMEA region, performing when needed risk analysis on quality topics for the projects.

 

Candidate Profile:

 

Very good communication skills, being able to lead meetings in English (and in French if possible). Open mind and good relations skills being able to work in a team, with experts from different fields,  and also with people from different cultures. Negotiations skills to be able to arbitrate and aligned persons from different teams if needed Quick learning, in a world where everything is evolving very quickly, need to be flexible and to adapt fast. Project management experience, being able to work with clear and short deadlines. Business oriented but with strong commitment on product conformity and compliance.
