Job Summary
As a Quality Manager with KBR, you will lead the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure the highest standards of excellence. You will uphold KBR's values of Zero Harm, Integrity, and Teamwork, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality management systems and processes.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and KBR policies.Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor quality performance.Assist in overseeing KBR’s Global Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) Quality Management Systems for Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, and Asset Management programs.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Provide support for the integration of digital technology, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational excellence.Collaborate across teams to maintain quality standards for services, products, materials, and procedures within assigned work scopes.Assist in monitoring the performance and results of multiple related disciplines and sub-groups.Coordinate the delivery of functional objectives by supporting leadership and direction to managers and professional staff.Contribute to the implementation of global processes and procedures in line with the functional strategy.Provide technical expertise to support the Quality program, including inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and tools for problem-solving and assessments.Prepare inspection reports to document work area conditions, ensuring requirements are met, and assist in recommending corrective actions and improvements.Utilize knowledge of quality systems and tools to support the validation and verification of contractually required standards for project execution and proposals.Support the alignment of quality management functions with the performance needs of service and product lines.Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.Recruit, form, and successfully manage teams, ensuring the quality of their products.Utilize excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to facilitate and disseminate information at all levels.Exhibit strong interpersonal skills in all interactions.Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to various tasks.Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all work.Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.Report on quality metrics and performance to senior management.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality-related concerns and feedback.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality management.Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Security clearance and maintain it for the duration of your employment in this role. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position.Must be capable of clearing the CENTOM Medical screening process and maintain medical clearance for the duration of your employment in this role.Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 12 years of directly related Quality experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent and an additional 4 years of Program Quality Management experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.Must have experience managing quality teams.Requires strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Must be proficient in data analysis and quality management software.Must have a valid, current passport with at least 9 months of validity and 6 blank pages.Global Travel, at least 50% of the time, is required.Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Active U.S. Government issued Secret Security Clearance.Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification or similar quality management certifications.Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma for services programs.PMP or similar certification.Completion of Lead ISO 9001 QMS auditor training.Experience with U.S. military Base Operations Support [BOS] and asset management programs.KBR Benefits
