Position overview:

 

Reporting to the Quality manager, our future Quality Manufacturing coordinator will be primarily responsible for Ensure that the products delivered are in full compliance with the Lear and customers requirements and implement the shopfloor audits.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

Maintain the factory informed about customer complaints, warranties, and internal quality issues. Ensure customer satisfaction. Review customer indicators via portals. Execute the quality control plan / quality system. Manage teams, engineers, quality controllers, and technicians along with their training. Monitor the implementation of engineering changes across different projects. Implement corrective and preventive action plans following quality defects. Organize workstations within the workshop. Define and track quality commitments. Oversee rework processes following procedure. Monitor the quality of prototypes. Conduct periodic audits. Ensure displayed quality instructions match workstation requirements and that visual aids are in good condition.

 

OTHER FUNCTIONS OR ACTIVITIES:

Facilitate and participate in quality improvement groups. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Ensure compliance with environmental requirements. Contribute to reducing significant environmental aspects. Establish, support, and monitor quality procedures.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES IN QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:

Actively collaborate with all functions to achieve/maintain the following certifications: IATF 16949. ISO 14001. ISO 45001.

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in quality/industrial field or equivalent. 5 years of experience in quality management. Proficiency in core tools. Mastery of the 8D problem-solving methodology. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
