This is a **full-time, direct-hire opportunity** focused on designing and improving quality program requirements while collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams. **Hours and Benefits for the Quality Manufacturing Engineer:** + **Pay:** $75,000 - $100,000 / year + **Benefits:** Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, PTO + **Additional Perks:** + Work with cutting-edge manufacturing technology + Collaborative and innovative work environment **Responsibilities for the Quality Manufacturing Engineer:** + Develop and implement **quality plans/processes** for each production part. + Analyze **manufacturing processes** for continuous improvement. + Perform **inspections and tests** to ensure compliance with industry standards. + Maintain records of **quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions** . + Manage **corrective/preventative action data** , assisting with nonconformity resolutions. + Compile **nonconformance trends** , analyze data, and drive **root cause resolutions** . **Requirements for the Quality Manufacturing Engineer:** + **Bachelor’s degree** in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field). + **2+ years of experience** in machining/fabrication industries. + Strong understanding of **metal fabrication processes** (cutting, welding, forming, machining).
