Develop and implement quality management plans specific to mechanical systems in desalination plants. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASME, ISO). Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards.Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are integrated into project planning and execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related issues on-site.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive records of quality inspections, tests, and audits. Prepare and submit regular quality reports to project stakeholders, highlighting issues, corrective actions, and improvements.Non-Conformance Management:
Identify, document, and manage non-conformance issues related to mechanical installations and operations. Develop corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.Training and Development:
Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality standards and procedures. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the project team.Risk Management:
Assess potential risks related to mechanical quality and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and recommend preventive measures.Supplier and Vendor Management:
Evaluate and monitor the quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure that materials and components meet specified quality requirements before installationBE / B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institute with 10 to 15Years
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institute with 12 to 15 Years
Professional Qualification (Desired)
ISO certification in Internal Audit / Lead Audit is desirable.ASNT/ISNT NDT Level II in VT, PT, MT, RT, UT
