development and maintenance of the Urology Service Line quality and patient safety clinical protocols including infection control education training auditsDevelops and implements a plan for ongoing quality and patient safety surveillance Implements the surveillance activities according to risk assessment and improvement plans set forth by the quality and safety committee through the medical group and the Tallwood Urology and Kidney InstituteReports routinely on results of prevention and surveillance activities including but not limited to Environment of Care EOC rounds current problemsissuesinvestigations special projects related to quality and patient safety issues and follow up on previous recommendations Surveillance activities related to the patient EOC including and not limitedProvides education to all new nurses for the urology service line consistent with national regulatory and professional guidelines Training including and not limited to Quality and safety guidelines policy and procedureProvides education to all new nurses for the urology service line consistent with national regulatory and professional guidelines Training including and not limited to Quality and safety guidelines policy and procedure such as Sterile field CPR PPE and Urology orientationRecruits all clinical Non Provider staff onboarding in collaboration with the practice manager
