**YOUR ROLE**
+ Monitor quality KPIs and report monthly on the status of SHEQ KPIs.
+ Manage the quality control lab, develop continuous improvement projects to improve lab throughput.
+ Instruct and organize quality training for Quality Ops team including Specialists and Supervisors.
+ Lead Good Manufacturing Practices and Risk Assessments at the QC Lab, develop corrective actions based on incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
+ Perform Measurement System Analysis for the lab test methods and develop variation reduction plans.
+ Support global audit management including internal audits (system, process, product, customer and external certification audits).
+ Work closely with Quality Management to meet global customer requirements including audits, standards and targets.
+ Raise awareness of customer requirements across the manufacturing site and lead cross-functional quality improvement teams/projects.
+ Develops and maintains the quality strategy in line with KPIs and global initiatives.
+ Drive quality strategy and objectives for areas of responsibility using appropriate reporting tools.
**YOUR SKILLS**
+ Experience leading/implementing a strong Lab Safety Culture
+ BS degree required, MBA or Master of Science degree strongly preferred
+ Must have the ability to organize and execute plans methodically, work well with direct reports and all other divisional personnel
+ 7+ years of experience directly supervising quality operations in an ISO or similarly regulated environment.
+ Excellent relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
+ Demonstrated success in leading teams of problem-solvers with a balance of reactive and proactive quality efforts.
+ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, peers, and leadership team
+ Exceptional working knowledge of probability and statistical models
+ Quality certification (i.e. CQE, CMQ/OE, and/or CSSBB)
+ Thorough understanding of quality standards ISO9000/140001, AS9100/9102, TS16949, and NADCAP
The salary for this role is $125,000.00 - $175,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
