Job Title: Quality Operations ManagerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Operations Manager for a 3rd shift position in a large food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities + Supervise production and manage operations within the food manufacturing environment. + Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality control standards. + Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. + Oversee environmental safety protocols and compliance. + Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Essential Skills + 2-3 years of experience in a management role within operations, production, or quality management. + Experience in a food manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of GMP and operational management principles. + Proven track record in production supervision and management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Lean manufacturing experience is a plus. + Environmental safety experience is a plus. Work Environment This role is based in a large food manufacturing environment with a new plant opening in May. The position requires working a 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday, for a total of 40 hours a week. The dress code is appropriate for a food production facility, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00 Benefits will be offered directly through the employer and available if requested by the consultant.
