International's IC Bus Plant is adding a Quality Operations Supervisor to our manufacturing line. This quality management position will oversee 1 Group Leads and up to 20 direct hourly reports and have full responsibility for meeting clear metrics within our plant and be tasked with meeting quality and safety objectives. This permanent position will work with cross-functional teams and will be involved in Operations, Tooling, Staffing, and Forecasting. Responsibilities Analysis of daily defects and warranty data, providing feedback to production teams. Prepare power point presentations daily for plant production morning meeting. Facilitate feedback from dealers and deep dive problem solving for root cause to concerns. Torque control, surveillance, and calibration. Fixture surveillance program. Tracking and reporting on plant KPIs. Facilitate Pilot reviews and interact with dealers.Lab test for weld, epoxy, and Ruvan compliance to acceptance criteria to meet production requirements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 3 years of production/manufacturing experience OR Master’s degree At least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience OR At least 5 years of production/manufacturing experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
