We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and conduct activities related to quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products. Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineering teams on new product launches, managing customer approval processes, and submitting required documentation. Upload and manage daily Statistical Process Control (SPC) data in customer portals, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Assist in developing and initiating standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation that meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Plan and execute quality control and assurance activities across industrial processes, materials, and product lines. Conduct analysis, design, testing, and integration processes to ensure product quality and compliance with engineering standards. Develop, modify, and maintain quality evaluation systems and protocols to ensure materials meet specifications for partially finished and finished products. Proactively create and implement quality improvement strategies to drive continuous improvement across production processes. Design sampling procedures and create forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data. Establish programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production equipment, testing, measurement, and analytical tools. Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation to ensure compliance with stated requirements, including reviewing vendor quality manuals and company quality records. What is Required for this Role: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the semiconductor industry. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Technician (CQT), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certifications. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong ability to interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances to determine engineering dimensions and tolerance specifications. Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) for data collection, analysis, and quality reporting. Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is preferred. Proven track record of developing and implementing quality control systems and protocols. Experience conducting quality reviews of design documentation for compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
