The Quality Program Manager RN is accountable to improve the implementation of clinical standardization including policies, procedures, protocols, clinical guidelines, and/or quality initiatives. Responsible for partnering and collaborating with Clinic Managers, and Clinic Supervisors, Clinic Supervisor RNs, Program Managers, Medical Directors, Lead APCs, Ops Director and PMG Nursing. The position acts as a resource for clinical issues, concerns and quality improvement. The Quality Program Manager RN works to strengthen the clinical support staff team by standardizing clinical workflows, processes, protocols and policies within the clinics and implementing best practices.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; graduation from an accredited school. upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License. 5 years Nursing experience which includes working with the specialty population.Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, or Business Adminstration. Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures, guidelines and protocols. Experience with electronic medical record charting and documentation
