Responsible for performing and documenting complaint analysis on returned medical devices, including troubleshooting electronic and mechanical assemblies to determine the cause of failure.

Job Requirements Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret manuals, procedures, and schematics. Proficiency with Agile/PLM software. Technical writing skills for documenting analysis results. Preferred Skills Understanding of patient monitors, respiratory equipment, and surgical generators used in the field. Job Responsibilities Conduct detailed complaint analysis of returned medical devices to a component level. Troubleshoot electronics and mechanical assemblies to identify failure modes. Research failure modes using manuals, schematics, and relevant documentation. Document analysis findings clearly and accurately in technical reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and ensure accurate complaint resolution.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour
