Quality Project Analyst (Power BI & Advanced Excel)

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities:**
+ **_Primary function_** _:_
+ _Provide data analysis support to Continuous Improvement & Quality Projects_
+ _Understand project goals set and how they are to be measured_
+ _Ensure metrics/results are delivered timely_
+ _Ensure formatting clearly illustrates what is being measured_
+ _Sustain workplace organization with effective, efficient, and timely processes & standardization_
+ _Identify opportunities to improve and enhance processes_
+ _Gather requirements_
+ _Provide Issue resolution and root cause analysis_
+ **_Secondary function:_**
+ _Support Clean Earth’s Control Document Library (Process documentation across all departments)_
+ _Provides guidance to team members on template guidelines_
+ _Make updates as necessary in relation to Point of Contacts (POCs) (Subject Matter Expert, Manager approver(s) and or executive approver(s)) for specific documents identified that do not have owners._
+ _Follow up on documents that have been rejected and not resubmitted_
+ _Participate in associated projects as they relate to Controlled Documents_
**_Technical Requirements_**
+ Power BI & Advanced Excel skillset
+ 3-5 years of process mapping experience (process flows, SOP’s maintenance, SharePoint database management)
+ Previous use of Project Management Software
+ Visio
+ Excel
+ SharePoint
+ Good understanding in working through large data sets, data mining and building and managing the dashboards for weekly / monthly reporting (proficient in excel)
+ Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
+ Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
**_Education_**
+ B. Com/ M. Com
**_Communication Skills_**
+ Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and other Office tools
+ Strong listening and presentation skills
+ Strong attention to detail
