Detailed Job Description: Quality Engineer / Project Lead / Supervisor Lead a team in the inspection of commercial aircraft engine parts. Adhere to Quality Control & Process Control requirements to recognize and address any issues that result in underperformance of the cell's ability or customer non-satisfaction. Participate in planning meetings. Work will be performed at client’s office site. Working schedule is 1st shift Mon-Fri: 6:00am – 2:30pm CST. + Able to audit, and mentor others in parts inspection work. Prefer 6-Sigma, AS9100 or ISO:9001 experience. + Able to supervise and lead a team of 4-6 persons working part inspection and material handling. Including managing attendance, performance, and approving timesheets. Must have experience with the dynamics of managing people in a manufacturing type environment. + Prefer familiarity with gas turbine aircraft engine parts. Prefer repair or inspection experience. + Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Able to track performance and analyze the completion of key goals. + Able to prepare comprehensive quality reports by collecting, interpreting, analyzing, and summarizing data and making recommendations. + Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner. + Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients weekly. + Organization and problem-solving skills required + Strong time management and analytical skills + Proven leadership skills + Strong communication skills Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
