As a Quality Records Control Specialist, you'' be the focal point for all QA/QC assessment for Oilfield business. Conducting qualitative risk assessments, root cause analysis and providing corrective actions. Supporting QMS system by creating, editing and reviewing documents to be aligned with Baker Hughes global standards.

As a Quality Records Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Conducting qualitative risk assessments and root cause analysis and corrective actions, aligned to continuous improvement.Using quality tools to monitor and improve processes, supporting QMS system according to Baker Hughes standards.Engaging with internal auditing teams and participating in auditsParticipating in improvement initiativesParticipating in tender & contract reviews and the development of quality plans to support contractsConducting business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Company Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

Have Industrial/ Technical Diploma or minimum 3 year of equivalent experience in quality ( oil and gas environment)Have experience in Flow Assurance, Production Optimization product testing in oil and gas equipmentPreferably have experience in documentation.Have good analytical skills with good written, verbal communication and presentation skillsHave team player attitudeHave good understanding of quality systems and industry standards.Have good quality control, calibration and business process modelling skills
