TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Quality Resource Coordinator position in the Metro Detroit Area.\n

Overall Purpose\n

Schedules\/staffs qualified people for positions that will ensure the success of missions.\n

Develop and maintain business relationships with hiring partners in assigned areas\n

Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS\n

Responsibilities\n

Client relationship & Business development\n\nConduct scheduling, staffing and recruiting services supporting containment projects and sorting activities\nResearch, develop and maintain good working relationships with temp agencies and recruiting sources \nBuild and manage relationships with staffing partners \nMarket research average hourly wages in hiring areas\nBuild applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and social media sites\nResponsible for filling open positions with temporary associates and TRIGO direct hires as required\n\n

Operations\n\nEnsure a high level of customer service\nAssist operations with all staffing required for mission \nFill all request for hourly personnel in a timely manner\nEnter new hire information in the company portals\nTrain new employees during orientation on policies\nDemonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents\nMust comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies\n\n

Organization & management\n\nAssist operations with ensuring staff availability and qualifications to perform the jobs\/missions \nLoad all required new hire paperwork into the company portal\nAssist with recruiting\/staffing in other areas when necessary\nCommunicate results of recruiting event to the appropriate staff\nSend a daily summary of staffing activity to the appropriate staff\nEnsure timely processing of temp agency invoices\n\n

Technical \n\nCreate and\/or maintain required Recruiting, Staffing and HR reports\nUpdate elect to work and scheduling information in the company portal\n\n

Other\n\nAny other duties as assigned\n\n
