Quality & Return Manager

You will be responsible for the customer product return process and the quality system management, ensuring that all impacted goods are processes, reported and sent to the relevant Eaton sites for further investigation within the EU. Furthermore you will be handling quality system related audits followed by related actions (knowledge sharing, improvements, etc). Quality management: + Keep Eaton's local Quality System up to date, support other colleagues in quality process + Answer Quality questionnaires from customers + Facilitate and lead Audits from Customers and DNV (ISO 9001) + Cooperate with the other Nordic countries about any quality system related tasks and projects + Keep all our certificates in different systems/accounts up to date. + General administration and reporting tasks Return management: + Answering return related phone calls and emails from customers. + Control of Returns & Claims process: physical handling of delivered goods from customer in the office, get approvals to send goods within the EU + Initiate process improvement activities to increase the quality of the service and customer satisfaction **Qualifications:** + Vocational degree, preferably in technical or electrical engineering domain + Relevant work experience in return and quality management + Fluent Norwegian and English language knowledge + Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP experience is an advantage + Customer centric, solution focused and quality minded attitude + Self-driven, organized and able to cooperate others **What we offer you:** + Competitive compensation and benefits package (collective agreement, healthcare, gym membership, food & training contribution and many more!) + Five weeks of holidays + Great promotional opportunities – We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible + Excellent working environment – safety and ethic are really important for us + Learning & Development - We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
