· Developing and implementing health and safety plans, enforcing policies, and evaluating practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines. · Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems. · Implementation of Safety Norms as per permission conditions and to ensure safe at the project site. · Responsible to Provide Vendor Manpower Safety training before allowing at site. · Develop, implement, and provide safety, process safety, and security training. · Maintain a current training matrix and report on any deficiencies or identified gaps in the training program. · Conduct weekly training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention. · Review and update procedures, as necessary, to reflect current operations and regulatory compliance. · Monitor compliance with procedures and policies by observing employees and operations to promote a culture of health and safety. · Create a culture of Safety for our people by maintaining the company’s safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OHSA) rules and regulations. · Plan and implement programs to train managers and employees in work site safety practices, injury prevention, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment, and other safety related items. · Inspects Company facilities and projects to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented. · Handle all OSHA related issues such as inspections, yearly reports, job site posters, citations, hearings, etc. Performs field safety audits to ensure compliance with all OSHA, State, Local and company safety rules and regulations. · Compile the monthly safety tracking data report for management. Produces other safety reports as needed. · Completes all accident/injury/incident reporting and performs investigations to determine cause and possible preventive measures for future work of a similar nature. Further investigates all injury claims to ensure the company is protected from fraudulent worker compensation claims.

· Makes corrective action recommendations to upper management concerning safety and health issues that may affect the company. · Regularly review worker compensation claims data for possible employer modification rate adjustments. · Provide inspection reports to project team and supervisors for job sites or facilities that are inspected. · Conduct employee safety orientation training programs and new hire safety orientations. · Maintain safety and accident records, files, trainings, Activity Hazard Reports (AHA’s) and safety tracking reports. · Accompany all safety, health, and insurance inspectors on walk throughs for jobsites as required. · Organize yearly Safety Meetings and maintain employee training logs and coordinate training needs for all safety related issues. · To ensure zero NC's (Nonconformities) during all safety audits. · To reduce number of unsafe incidents ➢ Capturing of concerns in the sites ➢ HIRA development for the site · Formulation and ensuring implementation of risk mitigation measures & Ensuring timely submission of reports · Ensure safety related compliances implementation ➢ Checking statutory records Ensure Safety signage display in the operations area. · Promote safe practices generally and to lend active support to all measures intended for furthering the cause of safety in the mine and follow up measures for compliance to the recommendations of the Safety Committee and Workman’s Inspectors. · Prepare monthly Safety MIS about mine accidents and to identify the root causes and implement preventive actions. · Investigation of all the incidents, near miss incidents and identify common causes and implement preventive actions. · Conduct Safety review meetings ➢ Conduct and participate in the meetings like tripartite meeting, meetings for safety fortnight ➢ Conducting monthly safety oath and safety meetings. · Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services. · Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA&QC) official oversees the facility's strategies, objectives and operational status to ensure high quality processes and products. · Establishing Quality Standards of CI and MI. · Developing Quality Processes and Procedures for smart meter survey and installation. · Conducting Quality Audits and Inspections. · Implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions. · Performance Monitoring and Reporting. · Ensuring daily Pep talk regarding quality work at site

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science or a related field.
