**Job Description Summary**
The Quality & Safety Specialist provides mainly administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Quality & Safety department. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Quality & Safety Specialist is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, incl. input preparation coordination
+ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
+ Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
+ Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
+ Provide general support to visitors
+ Perform various ad hoc task according to Quality & Safety Leaders‘ instruction
**Required Qualifications**
+ English language (B2/C1)
+ Czech or Slovak language (C2)
+ Min. Bachelor´s degree
+ Min. 1 years of experience in similar role, ideally with frequent interaction to Senior Leadership
+ Ability to set firm but realistic deadlines
+ Exceptional documentation and communication skills
+ Developed organizational skills
+ Punctuality and orientation to detail
+ Ability to meet deadlines
