Job title:
As a Quality Specialist for RCA market you will be responsible for effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance and Quality Control system of Philips Russia and Central Asia.
Your role:
• Development, roll-out and maintenance of documented QMS (Quality Management System) covering all major processes as required by businesses.
• Support Philips Russia in development of major business processes and standard operations procedures.
• Quality internal audits planning, conduction and reporting.
• Corrective and preventive actions identification, agreements with process-owners and follow-up.
• Collecting infromation and data analisys for Management review of QMS, Conducting the Management Review and follow-up.
• Supporting contingency Risk analysis for businesses in Russia when requested.
• Providing QMS trainings to Philips Russia Employees, Quality Culture promotion within the organization
• Support and leading improvement projects in QMS are on the international Philips level.
• Performing other Quality & Regulatory related tasks per request of Management.
You're the right fit if:
1. You have background is in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry and other worldwide standards/regulations experience.
2. You possess high level of personal accountability and responsibility
3. You're an effective communicator, team player
4. You have work experience in QMS maintenance (ISO 9001)
5. You are educated to at least Bachelor degree level
6. You are fluent in both English and Russian

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
