A Quality Specialist role in Fremont, Michigan is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Science. In this position, you will support the Category Mastership strategy by ensuring that our internal documents provide valuable guidance. This is a minimum 1-year contract position starting in March 2025. The work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The hourly pay rate is $44.79/hr. **Responsibilities:** Supports the local NDC Quality Team, which may include: Support in development of local HACCPs and quality requirements. Support in Raw Material Risk Assessment updates Follows and upholds all applicable regulatory requirements to assure full compliance and audit readiness. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in food science or equivalent (Microbiology, Engineering) 2-3 years’ experience in Operations in food industry Developed HACCP knowledge HACCP/PCQI Certification required Developed ability to communicate efficiently internally and externally Strong investigation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills High level of detail accuracy Fluent in English Experience in project management with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within given timeline Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
