Quality Support Team Lead
Your role and responsibilitiesThe Quality Support Specialist will assist in the analysis, preparations and implementation of ISO standards. This role involves coordinating with various functions and local units to ensure global alignment of processes and documentation, compliance and conducting assessments and internal au-dits.You will be mainly accountable for:• Supporting local units in alignment of existing local documentation with global and creat-ing new procedures• Supporting rollout of global processes in local units, including ABAC• Supporting and documenting global and local process improvements• Desktop audits of existing documentation• Business analysis for consolidation of ISO certificates across organization• Monitoring compliance and conducting regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards• Identifying non-conformities and working with relevant departments to implement correc-tive actions.• Maintaining records of audits, findings, and corrective actions• Ensuring that any changes to processes or procedures maintaining IMS integrity
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with business analysis and process development. ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance. Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices. Excellent communication and training skills.PREFERRED SKILLS: Certification in ISO 9001 Auditor or similar. Experience in a global or multi-site organization. Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
