Your Role You will lead and develop people, processes, and systems that ensure the highest safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency You will work on comprehensive reports, provide timely responses, and be the point of contact between the various departments within the company and customers. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Your Responsibilities Prepare all quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trendsMake recommendations for improvementsProvide associates with in-the-moment training when opportunities for improvement present themselvesDrive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included  Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading); resolve process inefficienciesInvestigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments; provide updates to customers promptlyParticipate in quality meetings and meeting minutesMaintain Quality Management SystemOther duties as assigned Your Skills and Experiences High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in a full-time quality role2 or more years in a supervisory role in a warehousing environmentIntermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Manhattan or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Knowledgeable of ISO standardsKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and/or Continuous Improvement strategies
